Unlock happiness for Lock and Key (and all of the 123)

Area of Greatest Need
Your heart would break at the sight - 123 animals crammed into a trailer, living in feces and urine. Not a drop of water around for the parched animals, including these two lovely cats.
Thank goodness there are kind, loving people like you in the world. Donors like you funded the investigation that saved them.
All of the animals are known by numbers currently, but we're calling these love bugs "Lock" and "Key" - because they fit together so perfectly. As they are getting used to their new life, they spend all their time together and follow each other around the room. Taking strength from each other just like so many of us take strength from our furry companions.
It's a true gift that these affectionate girls are here with us today. Many of the 123 rescued animals were emaciated and suffering from upper respiratory infections, extreme flea infestations, urine scald, eye infections, dental issues, ear mites and wounds. They were saved, but for 130 other cats, rescue tragically came too late.
Even after all these two have been through, Lock and Key still have so much love to give. You can't help but smile to see how they've bonded, both to each other and to their human caregivers. In the midst of terrible neglect, their capacity and desire for love hasn't faltered.
Will you help bring them and the rest of the 123 animals all the love and care they deserve?
