Poppy is the most loving cat. Whether she's purring like mad, making biscuits on my stomach, or snoozing across my legs, I'm so lucky to have her in my life. (Even when she's being naughty!)

And it never would have happened without the compassionate animal lovers who support the work of the BC SPCA. Because they were there, there was a place for Poppy to go when she was abandoned, and drivers to move her to Vancouver where she had a better chance of finding a home - as she did, with me.

Now an employee at the BC SPCA, I hear so many more stories like this one. And it brings so much joy to my heart every time I hear about another happy ending thanks to people like you.
